When inspiration struck our founder Jeremy Funderburk over coffee more than a decade ago, he knew his idea of a shade sail would make the outdoors more enjoyable and accessible for everyone. And when the opportunity came in 2020 to design and patent a 360° rotating shade sail, Jeremy seized the day and Shade Sail Structure, Inc. was born. Since then, our company has provided a variety of people, both young and old, with cooling shade that travels with the sun.

Our one-of-a-kind rotating shade sail structures are made up of an 18’x18’x18’ commercial grade triangular mesh fabric shade sail and a 12-foot-tall structural aluminum and steel column with a custom machined bronze thrust bearing that allows the upper portion of the structure to have complete pivotal movement. Priced at $13,900, this innovative shade solution provides exceptional value for your investment.
With over 16 different colors of mesh sail fabric to choose from, you’re sure to find the perfect fit for your outdoor space. We conveniently offer two types of installation options: anchored in the ground or surface mounted on a wooden or synthetic deck or concrete pad foundation.
