Our product is an adjustable, cantilevered (supported by one beam) shade sail structure designed to shade outside areas from the sun. 

The supporting structure is manufactured for an 18x18x18 commercial grade triangular mesh fabric shade sail. There are over 16 different colors of the sail fabric to choose from to perfectly match your surroundings! Contact us for the color catalogue. 

The framework design consists of a structural aluminum and steel column with a custom machined bronze thrust bearing that allows the upper portion of the structure to have complete pivotal movement. All parts (minus hardware) come powder coated with a high-quality exterior coating. 

The structure rotates in a circular manner with a simple flip handle and push to the desired position and locks in place. Check out our demonstration video in the Gallery!

The Shade Sail Structure was professionally engineered by Master Engineers & Designers in Lynchburg, VA. 

The sail structure meets 115 mph wind load code and can be installed in coastal beach areas.  

There are two structure options: Structure 1 consists of a base plate with high strength gusset plates, this will mount to a concrete foundation or engineered wood foundation. Structure 2 mounts with a concrete foundation directly in the ground. 

Installation options: 

• Wooden or synthetic deck 
• Concrete pad foundation
• Anchored in the ground 

Shade Sail Structure was awarded a provisional patent in 2020.

Our future design projects to include electric motorized via Bluetooth/solar technology.  We are also designing the shade sail structure to have a round four-foot table that can be attached to the mast to your preferred height.
