How Our Shade Sails are Constructed
Our unique shade sail structure features an 18′ x 18′ x 18′ triangle shade sail with a 12-foot entry height, capable of 360-degree manual rotation. This innovative design allows you to enjoy shade throughout the day, regardless of the sun’s position. The cantilever structure combines steel pipes and custom aluminum extrusions for the arms and sub-cage, with stainless steel bolts, nuts, and turnbuckles ensuring durability.
The rotation mechanism is user-friendly, featuring a simple hand-crank system. Just loosen the structure, rotate the shade using the handle, and tighten to lock in place. It’s so intuitive that even your customers or visitors can adjust it without training!

Surface Mount: The structure attaches securely to a concrete or engineered wood foundation using a base plate with high-strength gusset plates.
In-Ground Mount: The pole is anchored directly into the ground with rebar and concrete, ideal for shades with overhead structures like hips and pyramids.
Lifetime Warranty Information
We offer a lifetime warranty on the craftsmanship of all shades for our shade sail structures. Our products are built to withstand harsh conditions, with a 115 mph wind load rating (200 mph without the sail). For optimal longevity, we recommend removing the fabric during winter months.
