Built to last, our cantilevered shade structure combines a steel pipe and custom aluminum extrusions, with stainless steel hardware throughout. The powder-coated black finish on the post offers both style and durability. The steel pipe and custom aluminum extrusions make up the arms and sub-cage on the top to hold the shade sail in place, while stainless steel bolts and nuts are used for the structure and the turnbuckles.
Rotating the shade is a breeze with our intuitive hand-crank mechanism. Simply loosen the structure, spin the shade using the rotating handle, and tighten it back into position. It’s so easy — even your guests can adjust it without any training!

Ideal for existing patios or decks, the surface mount option attaches securely to a concrete or engineered wood foundation using a base plate with high-strength gusset plates. This is an ideal option for spaces where you aren’t able to install a shade sail directly into the ground.
In-Ground
Our most common footer system, the in-ground mount, is the ideal choice for a more permanent solution. The pole is buried directly into the ground with rebar and concrete, perfect for landscaped areas or new construction projects. It is often used for shades with an overhead structure (like hips and pyramids) because you can put it together and pour footers at the end.
